Return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
For purchases in installments, returns are also possible after 30 days in case of dissatisfaction.

Please note: We do not accept refunds in the form of a voucher or purchase credit for installment payments.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 working days and delivered within a maximum of 7 working days after dispatch.

Returns

Returns are free of charge for all orders over €60.
For orders under this amount, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nolenna.com. We will review your request and send you further instructions if accepted.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label and instructions on how to return the package.

Please note: Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Damaged or faulty items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, faulty or the wrong product has been delivered, please contact us immediately so that we can check the situation and find a solution.
